Avocado Dressing Recipe (Creamy, No Mayo or Yogurt)
Ben Goshawk
This avocado dressing sits at the rich, creamy end of the dressing scale, with no mayo or yogurt in it. Ripe avocado, garlic, lemon juice and chives are blended to a puree, then a neutral oil is blended in to make a properly emulsified dressing. It is made for strong, robust leaves like kale, and it takes about 10 minutes.
